Our Mission

Art Guild of the Delta will bring together people with a mutual interest in the fine arts while promoting camaraderie and ethical principles and practices, as well as fostering creativity among artists. Art Guild of the Delta will be of service to the community by providing a cohesive and congenial group who promote arts and advancement in all areas of artistic endeavors.

Achievements

Giving back to the Community in East Contra Costa County, California

  • ART WALK - Farmer’s Market established 2017 - 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month.

  • BANNER UP! PROGRAM established 2016 - Donated $11,822 to Brentwood Library Foundation (2017 through 2019). $6,259 to Ghostlight Theatre Ensemble (2020 and 2021), $3486 donated to Brentwood Veteran’s Association (2022 through 2023)

  • BRENTWOOD ART, WINE & JAZZ FESTIVAL GRANTS - Donated $500 (2017), $500 (2019)

  • DELTA GALLERY was an AGD venture run by an established management team. Delta Gallery provided low-cost gallery space for juried artists of all mediums and also provides adult and children art instruction/classes and workshops. The gallery closed in August of 2023. AGD is looking for a new gallery space.

  • HIGH SCHOOL ART SCHOLARSHIPS - Donated $2000 (2020), $2000 (2021), $2000 (2022), $2000 (2023)

  • LOS MEDANOS COLLEGE STUDENT SHOW SCHOLARSHIPS established 2013 - Donated $16,000 (through 2023)

  • OAKLEY LIBRARY ART EXHIBIT established 2019 - ongoing with new shows every 3 months.

  • NEW ONLINE GALLERY - Sharing members artwork with the world.
